With three kids at the same mess level, we haven't done cones before. Here are their first licks. The novelty wore of fairly recently and the mess is just too much times 3, so we are back to bowls, but they will be fun treats every once in a while.

TODAY, We had a very mellow and low key birthday this year. I made the cake (a first due too being to crazy with babies the past few years) and it didn't turn out I had hoped but he LOVED it and that's all that matters! A train cake.
